Yes, I understand that multiple trips per day for airport pick-up and drop-off are not included in my transportation package. One day will be scheduled for airport pick-up and another for drop-off. And if more than one trip is required per day, an additional fee will be required.
We offer transportation to the fetes listed below, and to J'ouvert in Port of Spain, Carnival Monday and Tuesday Parades
Service is not available from your pickup location on the 16th, 18th, 20th, or 21st. Alternatively, you can change the number of days transportation is needed from {number-1} to the available dates shown above or change your pick-up location to Meet The Maxi At A Pickup Point where service is available.

IMPORTANT NOTES: All private trip transportation will be on the day and time of your choosing, and there is a maximum of two round trips per day within a 16-hour window for private trips. All persons in your group must be staying at the same location or within a 2-mile radius. Any additional trips or longer transportation periods are at the driver's discretion. After booking, you must submit a copy of your itinerary before January 15th, 2023.

My Carnival Match LLC or its partners are not responsible and will not be held liable for any delays caused by travelers boarding the Maxi late. This includes traffic on routes to the destination and/or leaving events from parking lots or waiting areas, but is not limited to: Road construction and traffic jams Events that result in delays over 30 minutes (e.g., police checkpoints, lost travel buddies, etc.)
We've partnered with Kasey's Costume Couriers to make things easier for you.
The service will cost an additional $115 per costume and includes the courier waiting for your Carnival costume, and or J'ouvert package at distribution and delivery to your door.
A separate email will be sent to you for payment and scheduling of the service.
I understand that my credit card will be automatically charged for payments based on your initial booking date in 4-, 3-, or 2 monthly/bi-weekly installments, according to Stripe subscription payments policy.

Make sure your dates are correct before clicking “Book”. If there is still availability on your selected dates, we'll send you a secure payment link to finalize your reservation. It may take up to 10 minutes to receive your payment link. Once received you'll need to pay within 24 hours to confirm your booking.

NOTE: Generally, private trips are suitable for groups of 13 to 20 travelers, and trips are scheduled based on your itinerary. With private transportation, you can travel when and where you want.
I Understand That: If I book private transportation for my group and we require an airport transfer, it can only seat 6 people. This is in order to safely transport your entire group and their luggage. If I do require additional seating space for a larger group of 7 or more I must select the option below.
I understand that I am booking shared group trips, transportation will be provided from February 15th to February 26th, 2023, to and from events with various groups of travelers, and some routes may have multiple pick-ups and drop-off locations. Transportation will be leaving promptly at the scheduled time in order to fully enjoy all events. A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After 15 minutes, you will be considered a no-show, and the driver will depart without you. There will be no refunds for any no-shows.
