My Carnival Match LLC Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy

1. General Refund Policy

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, minus a 7% processing fee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at contact@mycarnivalmatch.com within seven days of receiving your item.

Vendors on My Carnival Match may have individual refund policies. Some vendors may offer no returns or allow returns within up to 30 days. Please review the vendor’s refund policy before making a purchase. Digital goods, downloadable software, and subscription-based services are non-refundable. By using our website, you acknowledge and accept this refund policy.

2. Carnival Transportation Services

  • Cancellations made before Sept 1, 2024 are subject to a 7% fee.
  • Cancellations made after Sept 1, 2024 incur a 40% fee Must cancel at least 4 days before your your scheduled ride After November 19, 2024, refunds are subject to extenuating circumstances,including event cancellation by the host/promoter in which case a 60% refund will be issued .
  • No-shows are non-refundable. If you do not complete the pre-check-in process and are not available at the designated meeting point and time, you will be considered a no-show.
  • All transportation bookings are final sale once confirmed.

3. Costume Resale and Ownership Transfer Services

All sales are final for costume resales and ownership transfer services. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are permitted after purchase.

4. Subscription Services

  • Subscriptions require recurring payments. By subscribing, you authorize My Carnival Match LLC (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fees.
  • If you purchase a subscription, you will be charged the monthly or annual fee plus applicable taxes at the start of your subscription.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    • You may cancel your subscription within 7 calendar days of purchase for a full refund minus a 10% processing fee.
    • After 7 days, all subscription payments are non-refundable.
    • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
    • To cancel, email contact@mycarnivalmatch.com.
  • Free Trials:
    • If a free trial is offered, your payment method will be charged automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel before the trial ends.

5. Marketing & Advertising Services

All sales are final.

Adjustments or refunds are only allowed if an error occurred while setting up your campaign. If you need a correction, contact support within 24 hours of receipt.

6. Disclaimer of Guarantees & Expected Results

My Carnival Match LLC does not guarantee the number of leads, engagements, or results from services, including but not limited to PPC ad performance, email marketing, appointment bookings, reservations, SMS, and push notifications.

By purchasing any product or service from My Carnival Match LLC, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined in this policy.
