Recommended image sizes:

– For the business listing page gallery and featured image, it is recommended that you use photos with a 1:1 (square) aspect ratio. They should be no larger than 2MB. Please use tinypng to resize any larger images before uploading them.

– We accept jpg and png formats.

How to cancel my subscription on My Carnival Match?

Active subscriptions will show up in your dashboard under the “Subscriptions” tab. There you will see a list of all active subscriptions. From there you can stop any recurring subscription.

To manage subscriptions:

STEP 1: Go to user Dashboard > Subscriptions

STEP 2: Refer to the Action column and click Unsubscribe.

To cancel any subscription, firstly it’s required to unsubscribe it from your dashboard before removing subscriptions from stripe account.

How to request a refund on My Carnival Match?

If you feel you should be issued a refund for any reason, please first review your refund policy before emailing contact@mycarnivalmatch.com. Include your listing title, your full name as it appears in payment details, account username, and as many details as possible about the request.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed within approximately 7 business days.

How to upgrade my listing plan on My Carnival Match?

STEP 1: Go to your user dashboard > Click My Listings, and select Change Plan

After clicking on the change plan, it will show your current active plan, and the details for all other available plans.

STEP 2: Select your new plan, click Change My Plan then Pay & Proceed.

To complete the upgrade, you must pay the full amount of the new plan.

    • If you change your current plan from $15.99 to the $29.99 plan, you will be charged $29.99 and this will be processed as a separate transaction. The previously charged of $15.99 (before changing the plan) will not be adjusted automatically.

How to claim your business on My Carnival Match?

Being by “Log in / Sign up” for an account on My Carnival Match here.
Search for your business by typing in your business name. If it’s listed, click on the Claim Now button.

If there is no option to claim your business that has already been listed:

    • It may have already been claimed by someone else. If you are the owner of this business and you don’t know who claimed it!
    • Please flag the listing and contact our support team for a further review

If it’s not listed, click “Add Listing.”

Once signed in users can claim their listing by filling out the form and attaching the additional documents for verification based on our guidelines and policy.

Alternatively, if your listing is associated with a paid plan, you'll be able to claim your business for free.

How to update my business listing on My Carnival Match?

Here’s how to update your business listing page

  1. Login, from the top right corner click ”Update Profile” you will be redirected to your user-dashboard.
  2. Once in the dashboard at the left click on “My Listings” from there select the three little dots (plural: ellipses) and click edit of the listing you’d like to update. You can also directly open your listing page and click on the Edit button at the lower right corner of the page.
  3. For Mobile users you’d select the hamburger on the top left corner – choose the “Loction” icon then follow the step (#2) above.

How to add a listing to My Carnival Match?

Here’s how you add your business listing to M.C.M

  1. Click the Add Listing tab and select your plan of choice. We have 3 plan options from free to premium, select which works best for your business needs.
  2. Complete listing form in full, the more information you add about your business the better it is for customers to find and (reach) you then submit.
  3. Congrats! You’ve submitted your business listing! Now be sure to add your first and last name and other details to your user profile signing in with the email address you added when creating your listing.
